Exchanging Links with Other Web Sites. Link Exchange Your Way To Success

Even as I write this, search engines like Google are thinking up different ways to rate websites. The reason why websites get rated, is to see which ones get put higher in the free search pages. For example when you search for something in a search service like Google, the websites you see at the top of the page have a better rating than the ones at the bottom or on page 1000.

As you know, if your website shows on page 1000 in a search listing, you have absolutely no chance that someone will ever see it, let alone click on it. There are many factors that go into where your website gets placed in different search directories, but one of the best ways is to have as many websites linking to your website as you can.

Most search engines bump your webs sites rating (ranking or pagerank) if they see that many web sites link to you. That's because they think if so many websites link to you, then you must be a very popular site. So they give extra weight to sites with a large number of "inbound" or "incoming" links. You may also have heard of "reciprocal links" as well, but more search engines are giving less importance to these since many websites have been in the business of sharing links. But, do not discount reciprocal linking. These still help you so do them whenever possible.

There are many services that allow you to easily manage reciprocal linking to other sites. My favorite service is LinkExchanged and they are a great way to automate the task of reciprocal linking. You may not think so, but doing this manually takes a lot of time and effort to do it right. Services like LinkExchanged are easy to setup and automated and your links get updated automatically without you having to do each an every one.

The other thing you want to do is get one way (inbound) links to your website. There are many ways to do this and one of the best ways is to write articles and submit them to Article website directories. This can also be very time consuming but there are services that will submit your articles to dozens of high traffic Article sites. I use a company called SubmitYOURArticle and they are worth every penny for publishing your articles and in the process you get so much exposure to your website(s). The more articles your write and submit, the more your articles will appear in free search engine listing and the more website traffic you will receive. Don't be intimidated by writing and submitting articles. Once you get your content websites going, you can easily start copy and pasting information together to create endless articles. It really is very simple to do.

The other great way to get one-way inbound links is through the use of Blog sites. There are millions of blogs sites currently on the internet and they keep growing. Blogs are for the most part journals people keep online and make a webpage or website based on their entries. There are programs you can use to post tiny little messages on thousands of blogs which create links to the website(s) you want to promote. Now when all the search spiders and bots start going through all these blogs, your website(s) URLs are found and indexed. These links start to add up quickly, as does your websites ranking. This is just another great boost to get your website higher in the free search listings.  use a program called Blog Submitter Pro and I run this thing 24 hours a day fipping between multiple websites own. After just a few weeks, I earned pageranks of 3 and 4 which is absolutely unheard of only after just a few short weeks. There are websites that are more than a year old that still have 0 pageranks. Do yourself a favor and if you only buy one programs to get your website noticed in the search engines, make it Blog Submitter Pro. You will love this program.
