There are many Domain Hosting Services to choose from. My two (2) favorites are Startlogic and iPowerWeb. I use both, and depending on the services I need at the time, I decide which one to go with. Both are priced $6.99 and $7.95 respectively, which are great deals for the service and 99.9% up-time they both offer. I like Startlogic because from Friday mornings to Sunday nights, they always run weekend specials for $1 for the first three (3) months. That means you can register your domain name through them and have it hosted for only $70.50 for one full year! There's no better deal out there. iPowerWeb does not offer this deal, so if you register and host through them, it will cost you $95.40. This is a great deal too, but it' $25 bucks more.

Now the reason I use both Startlogic and iPowerWeb is because iPowerWeb offers 5 free "subdomains" and Startlogic does not. A subdomain is very useful sometimes if you want to use one domain for multiple things. For example, lets say you registered a domain name called "bookreviews.com" and you wanted to sell or review Adult, Sci-Fi, Comedy books, etc. You could setup subdomains and specifically use them for each individual category. For example you could choose names like "adult.bookreviews.com" and "sci-fi.bookreviews.com" or "comedy.bookreviews.com" etc. That's a great benefit and it costs you $0 to do it through iPowerWeb. Startlogic will charge you $10 for each subdomain name. That can add up. Also, if you decided to stop doing the comedy thing and substitute it with something else, you can do this for free with the click of a mouse through iPowerWeb. Startlogic will charge you another $10 bucks. See how this can add up?

I do use Startlogic when I know for a fact, I will not be interested in creating sub-domains. This website is a perfect example. I host this website with Startlogic because I saved $30 for my annual signup fee and I know I will never want a subdomain. So whatever works for you. This website is specifically designed for Google AdWords information. That's it. And that's all I ever want it to be used for.

So remember, registering a domain name and getting your domain hosted are two different things. Startlogic and iPowerWeb provide both services so you can get it all done in 5 minutes.
